hispanic male suffering from one gunshot wound. the victim died at the scene. police have not identified a suspect or determined a motive. officers are urging witnesses to come forward. oakland police are looking for three men accused of kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl walking on the road on friday and a car pulled up. three men forced her into the car at gunpoint and assaulted her. she was dropped off near 55th. the car is described as newer model sedan. >> a woman and her boyfriend are accused of kill the father of her children. the two shot the father of the children and took the three children of ortez involving in a

bitter custody battle. the children are in the care of protective services. a bart police officer will resume testimony in a civil lawsuit own the death of oscar janes. mehserle was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the shooting of 22-year-old man at fruitvale. the father signed a suit for violating his civil rights. oscar grant is in prison for murder for life. and mehserle said he accidently used his gun rather than a taser. >> a man will be arraigned on four counts of hit-and-run in san francisco after hitting two pedestrians and crashed into several vehicles on sunday note before taking off. he was speeding and running red lights along the way. one of the victims was left in critical condition. police tracked him to his home in hayward and arrested him. >> contract talks teen muni and the workers have broken off. both sides have been in

a mobile home fire just knocked down. nick is on the scene in hayward. >> i just got done speaking with the chief who told me there is an adult male victim found inside of a structure fire. 18 personnel responded to the scene this morning. what they found was a fully engulfed mobile home. in the mobile home upon entry they came across a male victim that dayed from smoke and fire inside of the structure. there is only one confirmed victim. they have done a secondary search to make sure there were no other people inside of the building and they have confirmed that there was only one male victim. they say they did have to force spray because there was obstruction inside of the mobile home. they are not sure if the victim is actually the owner of the

home. we also know that they responded four minutes of getting the call and in 20 minutes they had the fire completely out. crews remain on the scene right now because they are trying to determine a cause but the fires is out and we are trying to determine if the person inside is the owner. we have an update on a story from last month about a mom in a coma who gave birth to a baby boy who now is three weeks old and doing well. his father is taking care of him with the hope of family members. you may remember she was pregnant when doctors found a brain tumor and suffered a saysure and tell into a coma and delivered the boy by c-section. she now is at a rehabilitation hospital where her husband says she is showing signs of recovery. >> a hand reached over and found him and touchedder baby. >> we have had moments we are

first the traffic. we have the altamont pass moving along slow worry now from tracy at 36 miles per hour up to 580 and it starts to ease up over the pass and you are looking at normal conditions moving through livermore and drive time traffic antioch to hercules is 28 minutes and westbound 80 is 16 minutes and in santa cruz northbound from highway 85 to the san jose airport is under ten minutes. a bill is headed to the governor that would expedite the removal of public school teachers in california involved in offensive misconduct. the asimply passed the bill but the governor has not said if he would sign it into law. this week, a superior court judge ruled the state teacher dismissal rules as unconstitutional. the east bay assembly woman who authored the bill hopes they can work out a compromise rather
