pick up. we do have a small craft advisory for the san francisco bay. we will be warmer inland east bay, sunny conditions along the coast. cloud cover is much -- making for more sunshine. the seven-day forecast is coming up but, now, we will talk traffic and see how everyone is getting to work. it is green on this map. that is a good start. we have top speeds across the bay and we have areas of construction. along the east side of highway 4, this will last until 6:00. drive time traffic, 680, southbound from walnut creek to dublin is 15 minutes and 101 southbound from santa rosa is 51 minutes and through the santa cruz minutes is 24 minutes. we are following breaking news in the east bay where firefighters are on the scene of

a deadly fire in hayward at a mobile homework. nick is at the scene. nick? good morning, crews are still working through the scene trying to determine a cause and to make sure it is out. they have the situation under control. i want to show you video. crews founded fire was fully engulfed and they had to force entry into the home. this is all in unincorporated hayward. when firefighters made entry into the mobile home they found one adult male. they have not determined his able. they do know that he is the only victim inside that structure fire. they had to force spray into the home and they say the fire was fully involved. they had it out in less than 20 minutes. i spoke with the chief who is not sure if the person in the home is the victim but he will

get the latest information and speak with us. in 30 minutes i will have more information. the fire was contained to a single unit in hayward. in the south bay, police say a late night fight between a group of people escalated into a shooting that left a man dead. officers arrived on south 12th before 10:30 to find hispanic male in his 20's suffering from athlete one gunshot wound. the man died at the scene. police hope witnesses come forward. this is the 19 the homicide of the year. and another sickout hangs over negotiations between muni and the workers with union representatives walking out the latest contract talks. amy hollyfield? >> we are at the station where trains are rolling. they are getting started this morning so it is going to be

normal. the fear is upset employees could stage another sickout. here is what theiation looked like -- the situation looked like. commuters were crammed on to the buses and trains and some waited up to an hour for a ride. muni had to cancel two-thirds of the service. service returns to normal by the end of the week and the two sides went back to the bargaining table. the talks broke down last night. officials puts out a statement hoping the union will reconsider and come back to the mediation and arbitration process. the union has not commented. the northbounds have been going on since february. muni officials are not anticipating a sickout but the union is not compensating. new this morning the soldier held for five years by the taliban in afghanistan is now at a military medical facility in

texas. the plane carrying army sergeant bowe bergdahl landed at brook army medical center in san antonio earlier this morning and official say bowe bergdahl will continue his reintegration process and reconnect with the family hopefully in the next few weeks. army sergeant bowe bergdahl has been called a deserter and a hero has been in germany since the release may 31. rebound is indicating he could order direct military action to deal with an al-qaeda-inspired group in iraq which is threatening to overrun baghdad. an opening not being considered is putting united states troops on the ground. that leaves drone or airstrikes. these pictures show iraqi troops surrendered and president obama says the militants game indicate iraq needs more help from the united states and other nations adding he has not ruled out any. >> president obama will make another fundraising trip to the bay area next month. a reception and lunch to benefit the d congressional campaign committee is held july 23 at the

police are looking for three men accused of kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl. three men in the late teens forced the girl into the car at gunpoint and assaulted her. she was dropped off at 55th and car is described at four door newer model sedan and only had a vague description of the men. >> a former bart believe will resume testimony this morning in a civil lawsuit over the death of oscar grant. we mehserle was convicts of involuntary manslaughter of the shooting of oscar grant. grant's father filed the suit for violating his civil right rights. oscar grant is serving a life sentence for murder. mehserle is previously testified that he accidentally used his gun rather than his taser. a hayward man is scheduled to be arraigned on four counts of hit and run after a while scene in san francisco. police say the man hit two pedestrians and crashed into
