indication that someone set the fire. it happened at 12:15 on friday afternoon near the mobile home park in san rafael. the fire threatens 100 homes and it burned the side of one mobile home, a fence, and a deck and it hurt a woman who was injured. it is very upsetting to think someone set it on purpose. this are a lot of elderly people and a lot of children. many, many, many people could have been hurt. i am so thankful for the police department and the fire department who did an incredible job of clearing everyone out and i felt really safe. firefighters will look into whether the fire is connected to other fires that have burped in -- have burned in marin. if there is a fire bug out there they hope to stop this person asap before they strike again in

the dry and windy conditions. police have arrested two people in a road rage shooting that indicated father in san jose. it happened may 6 on center road, 37-year-old man swerved to avoid a car if his path and he and his wife get out and the person in the other vehicle who shot him. two suspects were tracked down a 123-year-old and a 17-year-old. the 17-year-old is charged as an adult. a man dead and another involving from gunshot wounds after a shooting in oakland. officers found the men at 103rd avenue and plymouth and one died at the scene, the other was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and two suspects were seen running westbound. the f.a.a. look into the emergency landing of a small plane in san jose touching down at mineta international afternoon.

a former platoon mate of army sergeant bowe bergdahl is speaking out. he served with the former p.o.w. in afghanistan. he said when they interacted bowe bergdahl was quiet and would rarely share personal information. there were signs that he was going to leave the platoon which he is believed to is done in june of 2009. >> he mentioned he wanted to walk to india and he wanted to disappear off the grid. you don't think someone will walk off in the middle of afghanistan. bowe bergdahl was held captive by the taliban physical he was released two weeks ago in exchange for five taliban prisoners. right now he is undergoing mental rehabilitation at a base

target insists the computer glitch is no way related to the security breach. the company responded releasing this statement: "we have identified a check out issue at select stores much the issue is not related to security and is being resolved. we apologize to those impacted." this is six months after target had the security breach where credit card numbers and pin numbers were compromised and 40 million customers were affected. four people are out their home this morning after two-alarm fire at an apartment building in san francisco before 12:30, not too far away from mission street. the fire spread to a second willing and it took crews 20 minutes to get fire out. the cause is under investigation. officials in central california are working to knock

manhunt is set to be arraigned on bomb and gun charges. a grand jury indicted the 42-year-old last week on charges of trying to build a remote controlled bomb and the indictment charges him with possessing a handgun without serial numbers. chamberlain was arrested this month after a three-day manhunt. authorities say they found bombmaking materials in his apartment. he faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted. a retrial hearing is scheduled for the former oakland high school security guard arrested for assaulting a student in a wheelchair. the security guard is seen striking the student. another video shows the student pushing away another security guard and then mitchell new york stock exchange over the student from the wheelchair and kicking him. mitchell has been fired and faces child abuse charges. and the other guard is on leave. the california legislature is sending the governor a new state budget today that would take effect july 1 if approved

we are waking up to cooler temperatures with a look at the san mateo bridge camera, clouds over parts of the south bay area and we will see a warmup by midweek with current wind conditions, it is gusty, 26 miles per hour at fairfield and 23 at oakland and 22 at sfo and 23 at half moon bay pushing out the fog and the cloud layer, as well. sos as we progress into the afternoon hours today, by 3:00 p.m. we will be in the 50's along the coast and 60's around the bay and 70's and 80's as we push inland. right now, a different picture at the golden gate bridge for three days we will see the uptick in temperatures on wednesday being the warmest day and it will cool down as we head closer to the start of summer.
