water and 101 is moving fine into mill valley. another suspicious dumpster fire san francisco and investigators are rating to figure out who and what behind this. amy hollyfield is here with that story. >> here the dumpsters that first caught the attention of investigators' attention. they were burned and are still charred. here is video we dust shot that happened overnight and this fire in the mission district dumpster was set on fire in an alley between 16th and 17th. the fire was doused before it could spread. the other two fires happened on tuesday night and police say they do think this is the work of an arsonist.
