the shooting death of a toddler three years ago, the three-year-old was killed during a drive-by shooting in august of 2011 with witnesses saying he was riding in a toy car with his mother when he was cut in the cross fire. two killed the boy when they were shooting at rival gang members. >> this morning a boy is recovering after a serious fall at a boy scout camp that happened near boulder creek in santa cruz county. crews from boulder creek spended to the call after 6:00 last night and the child was air lited to a hospital and suffered a head injury but is expected to survive. police are looking for a man who claims to have a bomb during a jewelry heist. this is surveillance video of the robbery attempt last through afternoon. police say this man told a store clerk he had a bomb and demanded the clerk continue over jewelry or he would blow up the device
