prosecutors say the two men were in a gun battle with rival gang members the shooting took place in august, 2011 on international boulevard. that is where a 3-year-old was riding in a toy car during a trip to the grocery store. he died outside of a pizzeria. >> go out to victims in this case. >> two men were wounded and they testified at the trial. >> police now are checking out a car they say flew off the freeway then slammed into a house. sky 7 shows you the aftermath that have accident the car went through a fence, hit the home along louisiana street, then wedged right there as you can see, next to a parked car. residents say she felt the house

shake. >> traffic moving slowly on westbound interstate 80 after a crash and fuel leak. a truck and one vehicle collided that led to a large fuel spill. sky 7 shows caltrans crews cleaning it up about an hour ago. for a while all westbound lanes were closed but several have now reopened and nobody was hurt in that crash. >> a massive earthquake for parts of alaska issued a tsunami warning 13 miles southeast of fitkin island. here is what it looked like at kabc in los angeles the quake reported at at depth of 60 miles. there were fairly heavy surf. an add viery has been issued for two of the islands and a 6.9
