the museum will feature his personal art collection, as well as coveted star wars memorabilia. lucas recently married a chicago native and has a home there. >> a firefighter rolled a crash rig at oakland international airport, sending him to the hospital with critical injuries. this happened around 11:30 this morning the fire department says the veteran was alone in the truck and they have not released his name yet a massive truck can carry 3,000 gallons of water and 420 gallons of firefighting foam. >> the rage over a shooting of a teenager in santa rosa last fall has not passed. >> activists claim too many police shootings and too many victims, including andy lopez, carrying an air soft rifle made to look like an ak 47.

investigators released a final report on what caused a deadly crash of asiana flight 214 at san francisco international airport nearly a year ago the national transportation safety board claimed pilot errors and confusion for the boeing 777 slamming into a sea wall. investigators say the pilots relied on auto mated systems. one pilot switched off a system investigators thought boeing for its plane. and found inadequate flight training and say the plane came in too low and too slow. we had a pilot new in this airplane. we had issues regarding understanding the automation. a lot of issues lined up.

of the asiana airlines flight that killed three people we now have answers. lillian kim spent the day at a final hearing and joins us tonight lillian? >> cheryl, ntsb says there are many factors that contributed to the crash the primary cause is mismanagement by the flight crew. the national transportation safety board released animation as it neared the runway july 6th. during approach, a pilot did he activated a speed control system. one of nearly 30 errors made by the crew. it caused the plane to lose speed and the craft made a crash landing. three passengers died and 180, injured. >> this is systems they didn't understand. they were too slows. at the end end of the runway.
