bridge overcrossing. five people suffered serious injuries including chloe's father and three children. a third teenager died in a terrible car accident early yesterday off highway one. it happened on the coast near sea ranch. police say the 18-year-old driver was driving way too fast and veered over double yellow lines other victims were 17 and 14. >> the u.s. supreme court is refusioning to consider an appeal by a popular oyster farm struggling to stay open for business. drake's bay said in a news conference they'll continue to fight to stay in business. this fight began in 2007 when the department of interior said they'd not renew the oyster farm's lease, and criticized operations on harbor seals.

police telling us they arrested a school supervisor accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old student. he worked at the school since 2005. police say the abuse occurred between 2010 and 2011. there may be other possible victims. he taught karate in an after school program. >> a 25-year-old southern california man has been sentenced to 13 years for trying to help the al qaeda group. prosecutors say he used facebook to plan to train fighters in pakistan. he was arrested travelling to that country. >> a looming strike at west coast ports. a labor contract expires at midnight. it affects 14,000 dock workers at 29 ports from san diego to
