wrong. nick is in san jose with the story. nick? katie, it is something they have a backup plan in place. i have been speaking with a team member and says it sounds dramatic but there was never a reason for panic because situations lick this are planned for. our crews were here and they established a command center. it started at 10:30 p.m. with a power failure. the center could not handle 9-1-1 calls for santa clara county which were routed through san jose police and fire dispatch and relayed to county crews. the santa clara e.m.s. director explains how it all want down. >> we immediately got our units and bent dispatcher from home and added great ambulances to the system and everyone who is calling money sunday is getting a fire department first responder and an ambulance

quickly. the county worked through the night to fix it and they had to make sure the system passed a series safety checks before switching it back online. now, again, they will work to try to figure out exactly what was wrong and why they are having a couple of meetings and they will do their best to update us. again, michael said at no time was the public if any danger and it sounds drama, no one was denied the help they needed. back to new york city right now we told you about the possible of the dow crossing the 1700 mark for the first time, ever, and it only took seconds after the opening bell for the dow to rise more than 50 points and cross to 17027. this is the index and more of an indication of how wall street feels about the economy right now than an actual evaluation.
