of the crisis. he spoke to cornellber -- cornell bernard who is live with the details. >> we're live across from the adapt of hopeland security. a government branch that is watching this immigration crisis very closely. and so is one bay area congressman. he is back from an eye-opening trip to the borer and is now looking for solutions. >> east bay congressman eric swalwel just return from the texas border where thousands of unaccompanied children are overwhelming border crossings and are being detained for processing. he talked to a 17-year-old boy from el salvador. >> i asked him when he came here, and he said, better life, and i understand that. he came here to seek what i was born with. >> in the past four weeks alone, 52,000 children have been an presented at the border. he says it's complicated, sending every child back isn't possible and add more border

right way. for people to just come in here and ask for a free handout, that's my money. >> the white house calls it's humanitarian crisis. the president visits texas next week, but so far, a trip to the border is not on his schedule. >> drought conditions across the state have fire crews busy on the front lines of several wildfires inow yyolo county has a wildfire that is 15% contained. started at 9:30 last night along the shore of lake berryessa. 30 homes are under mandatory evacuation, the fire caused the closure of 128 between winters and highway 121. no word on what started the fire. a fire burning northwest of lake berryessa in pope valley is now 70% contained. it charred 4300 acres since it started tuesday. three people have been hurt.

flames destroyed two homes and seven other structures. all evacuation orders have been lifted. investigators in solano county are sit along -- still looking into the cause of a fire which destroyed eight homes in collinsville. started at a grass fire yesterday afternoon but spread to houses as many neighbors tried in vain to fight the flames with hoses. because the area is so secluded it took firefighters 20 minutes to get there. the red cross is helping the families with a place to stay. the search is on for a gunman in oak lean after a deadly shooting. police discovered the victim on 27th avenue and foothill boulevard this morning. there were initial reports of some 50 shots being picked up by the police department's shot spotter technology, but officers will not release any additional details about the crime. pg&e says celebratory gunfire shot into the air last night caused a power line to come down, electrocuting a man.

the 19-year-old man died. his half brother was severely injured and is in critical condition. you can see all those illegal fireworks going off in the background as police responded to the scene around 11:30 last night. >> we had a report of some people being injured, report of gunshots and fireworks. upon arrival, we found two gentlemen down on the sidewalk, in the street. >> the pg&e spokesperson says it was a 12,000-volt line. and also started a small grass fire. [ gunshotsgunshot. >> oakland police say they issued 114 citations for illegal fireworks and arrested a number of people on a variety of charges. these are illegal fireworks. the police department says it had 115 officers and 11 other staff focusing on illegal independence day celebrations last night. san francisco police also received a number of reported of

illegal fireworks across the city, like this display near 26th and alabama street. officers cracked down on illegal fireworks sales in chinatown, popular marketplace for fireworks during the fourth of july, but many are now coming to the internet to buy and sell them. illegal fireworks are blamed for starting this fire in santa cruz, fireworks caught a tree and three cars on fire. while they were at the scene, people continued to set off illegal fireworks. officers arrested this man, 20-year-old, for felony assault on a police officer. police say he threw a firework at officers. new video out tonight gives a rare look at the man believed to be leading the islamic militant group seizing territory in iraq and syria. it apparently shows al baghdadi leading a sermon inside a mosque

the video was released by isis but its awe authenticity cannote verified. he is calling for all muslims to obey him. this week isis announced the creation of an islamic state, declaring its lead are the authority of the world's one and a half billion muslims. 15-year-old florida high school student was beaten and jailed we israeli police. his mother is calling it attempted murder. a warning. you may find some of this material you're about to see disturbing. this happened when the man was visiting jerusalem with his family. video clips show israeli officers in riot gear repeatedly beating a young palestinian and driving him away. the family lawyer took these pictures after he was arrested. his mother could barely recognize him. >> i was infuriated. horrified. he is my son. you never want to see your son in pain.

another terrifying inflatable mishap this time in nevada during an independence day celebration. the strong wind of a dust devil launched an inflatable flag some 300 feet above the trees, knocking over lamp posts and everything in its path. two people were taken to the hospital and treated for injuries sustained from flying debris. one woman had to get stitches on her head. witnesses could only watch in horror. >> shot up towards the tree where my son was sitting, and then just flipped up into the air. it went higher than a lot of the buildings and then just landed way over there. >> this isn't the first time we have seen bouncy houses involved in wind-driven scented. this is the third reported occurrence in as many months in

now, the thing that will be different is the fog will mainly be confined to the coast so not spreading into the bay too much. warmer tomorrow and then near 100 by monday. so, get ready for the heat. the forecast animation shows very little fog and cloud cover overnight so we wake up tomorrow morning, little clouds along parts of the north bay coast and parts along the peninsula, but should be pretty clear around the bay. overnight lows in the fifths, 54 in san francisco, 55, oakland. 57, san jose, and here's what is happening in the big picture, hot air mass moving in, that brought us the warm temperatures today, and that will continue to heat up tomorrow and also into monday. that's when we'll probably seal the hottest day of the week. highs tomorrow, pretty warm in the south bay. 86 in san jose. nice as well at the beach. santa cruz, 78. 84 in sunnyvale. look for 80s as well through redwood city and mountain view,
