today supporters of the i think boy return to the memorial. the spot where lopez was kille killed. supporters took to the streets of santa rosa after learning no charges will be filed against the sonoma county sheriff's deputy who shot and killed the 13-year-old last october. alfredo sanchez was not holding back his outrage. >> this is open season for mexicans around here and they are saying that 911 is broken. that's a message that they are send to go my community right now. if small local group of protestors march to the spot where lopez was shot by deputy gill house after he ordered the boy to drop his air soft beebee gun which resembled an ak 47 rifle. district attorney ravage calls the shooting a tragedy but not a criminal act by gill house. >> given the training and experience he believed honestly

neighbors here are absolutely shocked. >> that's the first heard about it. >> karen just found out this man is accused of breaking into her neighbor apartments home and crawling in bed with her 1 11-year-old daughter. happened around 1:00 a.m. on lexington road here in kensing toychbility people leave window open. neighbors know one another. that's really surprising. >>reporter: girl woke up and called for her mom and her mother came down by the time the mother got in to the girl bedroom the suspect fled the area. >> then at 4:30 police in berkeley arrested the man identified as 2-year-old brian hubbard. he was about half mile away from the crime scene at vincent avenue. neighbors say he was knocking on doors. >> he was positively identified by both our victim and berkeley victim. >> oh. if oh, my god. i should have called the cops on this man. >> the woman who lives near the

victim home says she saw a man matching the suspect description the day before. >> i didn't want to call the police because he didn't do anything. he was making weird noises. >> he was arrested and charged with burglar and committing lewd acts with a child. police say there were no connections between the suspect and the victim or her family. they believe hubbard simply chose the victim home at random. in kentsing ton, abc 7 news. >> long as fourth of july weekend particularly violent in san francisco bay view enabled. 11 people were shot over 5 days. in 7 separate shootings the 4 of them died. latest shooting happened this morning on iron wood way and catalina street. victim died later at san francisco general. police are trying to figure fought all connected to gang war fare. so far they have yet to find evidence the linking shootings or victims to each other. >> new details tonight. right now crews have the mont cello fire burning east of like berryessa at 45 percent

containment. nearly 6500 acres have been charred by the flame flames. local residents allowed to return home noupt evacuation orders have been lifted. highway 128 has reopened as well. investigators still don't know how this fire started but the priority has been to put it out. developing news about 2 dozen people rescued after the roller coaster they were riding came off the rails in southern california. it happened at magic mountain today. l.a. county fire officials say the ninja coaster crashed in a tree branch shortly before 6:00 o'clock tonight. no one was seriously injured. took nearly 3 hours however to rescue all of the riders trapped high above the ground. >> in san jose family wants to know who snatched a campaign sign from their yard. homeowner noticed the l mayor sign was missing on the fourth of july. they checked surveillance video and saw this woman in yellow pants there she goes. hop out of a car grab it and then take off. media
