the new health insurance exchange face many challenges. "sacramento bee" reported cover california has received 1,800 complaints since enrolling 1.4 million through president obama's affordable health care act. the state investigating whether the two private insurance companies who enrolled customers through the exchange are violating california law. they are rivered to provide enough doctors. san francisco supervisors are scheduled to vote today on whether to take part in laura's law which requires mandatory psychiatric treatment. we laura's law allows county to implement involuntary outpaint mental health treatments for people who refuse mental health care and who continue to suffer hospitalization and interaction with the law. in other words, counties can force mental health treatment on individuals under laura's law.
