out, san francisco, san leandro and oakland and alameda and possibly over to sausalito. as far as forecast we will see increasing sunshine as we head to the afternoon hours and 87 to 92 inland and 72 for the high in san francisco and 74 at bay. >> we have a high wind at advisory at the benicia bridge where it is gusty. be careful crossing 6 80's. through the east bay along i-80 through hercules through the hoffman split and berkeley all moving along fine and drive time traffic tracy to dublin is 33 minutes in the westbound direction and 101 is convey it. using our waze app we have a wazer reporting lanes slowing through fremont along the nimitz. watch out for that. and there is oil that is building up on the road causing

slick conditions. sir francis drake boulevard is now open for the morning commute. it took 19 hours for crews to clean upped mess and make repairs to the road after the big rig crashed. amy hollyfield is on the scene. >> they opened it up before 2:30 this morning. look at the pictures to get an idea of why it took so long. the emergency crews moved a big rig and the two gasoline tank trailers that flipped around 7:00 yesterday morning on sir francis drake and then they cleaned it up. c.h.p. says the driver lost control when the right tires went on the soft part of the shoulder. the driver is okay. the tank spilled 1,700 gallons of fuel on the road and officials had to shut down sir

francis drake boulevard between 580 and larkspur landing. crews needed to work quickly and safely establishing a 1,000' safety zone evacuating ten houses in the san quentin prison village and pg&e shut down the power. the truck was not out of here until 9:00 last night with most of the fuel contained in dams and they used special material and sand to control the fuel and get it out of here. ed fire department watched for unoff to keep it from going into the bay. they got sir francis drake open and you can count on it for the morning commute. happening today, california water officials are going to get tough with people who wastewater during the drought and the board meets whether to impose

unprecedented $500 fine on water wasters. katie marzullo joins us with more on this. >> good morning, we are at downtown san jose and you could recognize the fountain which is a place known to cool off and place. down the sidewalk a little further you can see sprinklers on keeping the grass green and you can see the sprinkles are watering the sidewalk, too, and that is the kind of problem waterboard regulators are hoping to do away with. the problem is, we have come up short, the governor asked those in california to save 20 percent to reduce the water use by 20 percent but through may, california has re-used only by 5 percent so voluntary restrictions could become mandatory. some of the things that the state waterboard is considering when they meet giving more authority to law enforcement to enforce the restrictions and the outdoor restrictions include no

watering your landscape with any kind of run off, no washing down sidewalks or drives or hard surfaces and if you are washing the car the hose must have a shut off valve and no drinking water used in decorations until the water is recirculated. if you are caught violateing any of these restrictions you could be fined $500 a day. regulators are hoping that will scare people into taking the restrictions more seriously and if though did, the waterboard estimates the savings could provide water for 3.5 million people for one year. the state board of water meets at 9:00 a.m. to make the decision. a manhunt is on for an armed robber on may have struck two cities after a man approached near palo alto yesterday morning

broken. we have been following the developments all night and joins us from washington. we just learned that israel now is firing back and it looked like it would end in a cease-fire with both sides coming together but what has said, no. ambassador a week of rocket fire and fast moving diplomatic developments, the egyptians tried to get israel and hamas to agree to a cease-fire and the cabinet accept the proposal but senior heres rejected it. hours after a cease-fire would go into effect, rockets were interrupted that came from hamas. john kerry urged the exception of the truce. >> i cannot condemn strongly enough the actions of hamas in so brazenly firing rockets. we urge all parts to support this cease-fire.
