there is a huge outstanding question this morning which is: who killed we the customer misty holt-singh? it will be a while before they can determine with certainty if she was shotly the robbery suspect. police say the men who took her from the bang used her as a human shield dug the shootout. two of the three robbery suspects were also killed in the shootout. the tragedy started at 2:30 yesterday afternoon at bang banking -- bank of west when three robbers took three hostages, two employees and a customer, misty. they took off in an employ i's s.u.v. and took them, the police, on a chase that laughed -- lasted 45 minutes. they were firing with assault rifles all the way. cell phone video showing how many police cars were involved in the hour long pursuit and gun battle and 14 police cars were hit by bullets and houses and other cars. police say the men who took misty holt-singh, a customer at bank, were using her as a human shield during a shootout. this tragedy unfolded at 2:30 yesterday at bank of the west, three armed suspected went into the bank, robbed it, and took three female hostages, two employees and misty holt-singh. the remain employees were pushed from the car during the chase. >> she was on the ground, and her leg was tore up and pleading. the fire department wasn't there yet the no one was there. they are waiting for autopsy and blissballistic results.

covering los altos, antioch, petaluma and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. back now to the top story, stockton police just identified the surviving suspect from year's deadly bank robbery and chase. 19-year-old ramos is in custody on homicide, kidnapping, attempted murder and robbery. the two deceased suspects, 30 years old and 27 years old, were documented gang members from stockton. so far, police have found three handguns and assault rifle where the high speed chase ended in gunfire and a bank customer was killed. a man was arrested at sfo after police say he was posing as an airport security screener. >> investigators are trying to figure out what happened behind closed door. matt joins us from new room with
