bundle. i'm michael finney, 7 on your side. >> san francisco macy's employees could go on strike. 88% of the workers voted to reject a new contract. a big issue for workers is the company wants to cap commission for existing sales people and eliminate sale commissions for new hires. macy's has yet to respond to the offer to resume negotiations. today wyoming national guard c-130 tankers will arrive to help in a mass itch wildfire. they are capable of dropping 3,000 pounds of retardant in seconds. yesterday flames were pushed in several directions. fires burning in the central part of the state have burned more than 100 homes and forced evacuations. 340 square miles so far have burned. the state's drought will only get worst. scientists say 81% of the state

right now relative humidity is high. so it is going to be a humid and muggy day. look at that, all those 90-plus percentages. from the exploratorium camera you see the low cloud ceilings and fog along the coast san carlos and san jose in the low 60s. half moon bay 59 degrees. look how limited visibility is here from emeryville looking down toward the building. napa, novato at 57 and low 60s for fairfield, concord and livermore. this time we are looking out toward the ferry building and the bay bridge. very light winds right now. here's what you can expect today. we have a chance of showers. kind of wishful thinking. we will most likely get drizzle. cooler, cloudy and humid today and warmer by thursday. that's a big change for the accuweather seven-day forecast. the water vapor image suppose the area of low moisture.

and with the air circulating counterrer clockwise it's helping it pull the moisture from the golf of california and that's going bring us the increasing high clouds today, moving from the south up to the north with a chance of showers and possibly some extra drizzle. notice we will see cloudy conditions tomorrow in the areas of light green a chance of showers again. very limited and isolated but they continue into tomorrow morning. there could be thunderstorm activity in the higher elevations of the sierra. in san francisco you may want an extra layer like a windbreaker but it will be mild. mostly cloudy, 630 degrees before it starts at 9:00 for the a.i.d.s. walk, then more sunshine in the afternoon with temperatures coming up into the low to mid-60s. it will feel pretty muggy out there. highs today will be just a touch cooler compared to yesterday. so 79 in san jose. still warm in morgan hill. and gilroy, 86.

>> good sunday morning and thanks for joining us. we are starting with a look at the weather. here's meteorologist frances dinglasan in for lisa argen. good morning, frances. >> good morning, matt. we have a chance of showers. we show you the areas of green. looks like there's a chance are showers or showers receipt now off the coast of monterey. if we do get showers, they will be brief and very light. most likely we will see quite a bit of drizzle. 70 in antioch, 62 oakland, 63 san jose and 59 in san francisco. we are starting off with mild temperatures, but low clouds and increasing clouds throughout the day will mean slightly cooler numbers inland. look for inland highs to reach the mid-80s instead of the upper 80s. around the bay temperatures range from upper 60s to upper 70s. and i have a warmup with the accuweather forecast coming up. matt. >> thank you, frances. now the latest into the downing

of the lawmakers malaysian slight 17. the black boxes have been found and will be given to international aviation authorities. meanwhile a spokeswoman for the ukrainian emergency services said emergency workers at the crash site have been force to give the bodies of plane passengers to armed rebels. separatist rebels have taken away 196 bodies recovered from the wreckage. there are concerned that with armed separatists tampering with evidence, evidence will be destroyed. more than one missile system was provided to the separatists by the russians in the last week or so. we are hearing remarkable stories of those who were supposed to be the flight but weren't. here's the reporter. >> it's hard to believe that amidst the tragedy, there are moment of grace for some passengers. like this family. they were planning on coming home from their honeymoon on the

plane. the last minute changing their plans to avoid jet lag and flying a day earlier instead. a decision that saved their lives. >> you know, feeling lucky, but at the same time, you know, just heartbreak for these families that are expecting their loved ones to come home. >> and the unbelievable story of dutch cyclist martin deyoung, escaping death not once, but twice. he was due to fly on ma17 but found a cheaper ticket on a different airline. he was also booked on the doomed flight 370 which vanished almost five months ago but changed his plans. no one could forget the victims of that fateful flight. their story is is being told by the letched ones they leave behind. like this dutch national carlene studying at indiana university. and telling her rowing teammates. >> someone you cried with, sweated with. we went through this whole journey together.

maybe even a little bit of a shower. less likely so in the bay area. our best chances are showers in the areas east of monterey. relative humidity is high. 99% in fairfield, 94% novato, 96% hayward and we will continue to see high relative humidity numbers from. from the east bay hills we are looking toward mt. diablo. you see clearing there and low clouds as well, and high clouds. we will see high clouds throughout the day and right now in san francisco it's 59. oakland and san carlos, san jose, gilroy in the low 60s. 59 half moon bay. emeryville looks pretty socked in right now. and current temperature in santa rosa, napa, novato, all 57. 60 fairfield, 63 concord and in livermore. checking out the sfo live shot, we see low clouds there. we will keep an eye on flight delays for you. so far none report bud there

could be arrival delays later. a chance of showers today. cooler and cloudy and humid. but then warmer by thursday. so we are looking at the water vapor image. this shows moisture in the upper levels of the atmosphere. what you will notice with the area of low pressure is the monsoonal moisture coming in from the gulf of california. that will bring us the continued cloudy conditions and the humid weather for today. temperatures will be just a touch cooler in some locations. 79 in san jose, 86 in gilroy and morgan hill. look for 78 in santa clara. 79 in cupertino. also we have upper 70s through led wood city. 76 milbrae, 65 pacifica, 68 downtown san francisco. and the clouds will stick around most of the day along the coast. 76 sonoma and napa. 75 vallejo, and lake port 89, and yesterday we saw that there.

70 berkeley, 72 oakland, 75 in fremont. upper 80s are gone from the inland areas. but still warm. a low to mid-80s. so 81 pittsburgh, 84 brentwood, 80 walnut creek and in concord. also, if you are headed to the a's game, even though it will be cloudy, the u.v. index is high. upper 60s and then warming up into the low 70s by the time the game ends. also overnight lows will be pretty mild once again with the clouds returning. wewe could still see a chance after shower in the overnight hours, upper 50s to low 60s around the bay area. here's the accuweather seven-day forecast. so we have muggy conditions today with slightly cooler numbers. then partly cloudy conditions on monday with very little change for the beginning part of the work week. it's not until thursday we really see temperatures pick up into the low 90s. friday will be the warmest day.
