a big rig carrying produce overturned and we have two lanes blocked. amy hollyfield is on the scene bringing us more details ahead. but it is a not injury accident but it is causing major delays from the central valley over the altamont pass moving only at seven miles per hour. you can see we are seeing backups from tracy at an hour and 30 minute those get in the westbound direction. use an alternate form. highway four is go. or use mass transit. that is the best option. sig-alert is having a big impact on the commute. we will take you to livermore. our reporter has been out there. how is the clean up going? >> look what they have to deal with: bananas. look at the load the truck was carrying. this is the top of the truck that flipped on its sides

carrying 60,000 pounds of bananas. they have spilled all over the embankment. the crew is loading the boxes and walking them down the hill and taking them to a flatbed truck thatting take another hour. that is not the biggest problem. this we have to clean up the haz-mat problem: the fuel and oil. that will take another hour. it will fake another hour to right the truck and tow it. what does it mean for you in westbound headed into live more into oakland and san francisco you will have a long drive, two lanes are shut down on westbound 580 at livermore city limits headed interested city of livermore and you are going to be very slow and backing up more and more as the morning progresses and it will be between 7:00 and 8:00 when you get this re-opened and that is an estimate at this point.
