responsible. it happened outside the mechanic bank in richmond on west richmond avenue. the robber the woman that you see here was caught police say on a surveillance camera. cornell is live at the atm tonight. we have learned more about the victim. >>reporter: victim is prominent citizen here in the point richmond neighborhood. she was attacked and critically injured at this atm july 4th weekend. police say with few leads to good on they now turn to the public. look closely at the suspect carrying a purse and security camera photo. richmond police say what she's about to do is heart breaking. if police say an 87-year-old woman getting money at the point richmond atm on july 5th when the suspect nond knocked the elderly woman to the ground and stole her cash. the victim hip broken during the robbery. jess west arrived minutes late later. >> lying on the ground as though she couldn't get up. and the police had been there
