escalator and opened the gates to the station. i am not saying the power is on but they are preparing to have trains running in the 4:00 hour. they leave the yards and head to the station with first train for passengers rolling out at 5:00. no passengers here but overnight muni tweeted there is a power outage. they will update that but as of yet they have not updated this information and there is no indication when it could be fixed. inbound trains are blocked. muni reports they will have shuttle buses between castro and embarcadero to ease the crush if it is not fixed in time. we will watch that closely. more breaking news from antioch. a person has been shot near golf
