cars. we are 29 minutes and 680 is clear and highway 85 through san jose. >> this morning the coast guard will be back at the scene of a partly submerged fishing boat at ocean beach in san francisco to remove fuel before anymore fuel leaks. the coast guard is an hour away from when the scheduled time to be here to remove the fuel from the fishing boat. this comes after the national park national park service and the coast guard scoured the area yesterday searching for the boat captain and they called off the search yesterday. the coast guard said the captain called other boats saying the vessel was stuck on rocks and was wearing a life jacket and would try to swim to shores.
