>> taking a look we have wet roads but not slowing down the traffic. it is still eight minutes from highway 4 to the 24 junction. traffic is building but it looks like it is normal traffic as far as the tail lights go northbound traffic no problems. across other areas of the bay area in oakland we will find a stalled vehicle blocking one lane northbound 880 at 29th not slowing things down leaving oakland to go to the maze. in san jose all roads, 680, 101, 280, highway 85, looking clear and dry. no construction or crashes. as mike mentioned we are seeing light rain. nick is at the north concord and martinez bart station with what is happening right now. >> good morning, katie, what is
