us. last night they let us know police arrested a man in walnut creek. the homeowners credit this to a san jose police officer who worked on his day off to track down the suspect. >> a witness to a deadly bank robbery and shootout is providing new details of what happened. the man was inside the bank last month when three robbers held it up. he wants to stay anonymous out of fear for his safety and says the robbers pushed bank customers to ground and told them to stare at the carpet. police showed up they took three people hostage and fled in a vehicle. misty holt-singh and two robbers died in a shootout following a police chase. the witness believes the reasoners did not intend to take hostages. >> you get outside and we heard from the inside drop your weapons, get down, get down and the cops were already on the scene. they came back in and said who pushed the button, who pushed the button. who pushed the button.
