certain levi stadium members get the first chance at tickets tomorrow. tickets for the general public will be released at a later date. >> the bay area woman who got on the plane in san jose without a ticket has pleaded no contest to a trespassing charge in a los angeles court today. marilyn heart 3457b flew to l.a. on monday night. a judge ordered her to spend three days in jail and put her on a two-year probation. this is not hartman's first offense. matt keller has more on this lapse in secure. >> reporter: getting on -- one strange move in the tsa line and you could be taken out for extra security screening, so the fact that 62-year-old marilyn harmon got on a southwest airlines flight from san jose international to los angeles on monday without a ticket seems nearly impossible. >> first of all, i'm shocked, because they screen us so thoroughly, you're patted down for the least little beep, i can't imagine someone could escape through security and get

on a plane. >> reporter: southwest airlines conducted a head count after the plane was in the air. police say she had no confirmed reservation in the system and no proof she purchased a ticket. she was arrested in l.a. this isn't harmon's first incident. she's tried six times to get past security. one time even made it on the plane, but arrested before takeoff. she's now banned from sfo without a ticket. security told a local congressman how she does it. she bypassed the document on saturday while -- she went through screening, and did a similar thing to get past the gate agent. official say hartman was not a threat. >> the passenger was screened by the tsa, public safety was not compromised in any way, because the passenger did undergo screening by tsa officials. >> what i'm more concerned about is somebody who would seek to do harm, and if this woman can get

through, i think it exposes vulnerabilities for somebody who may want to do harm. >> congressman eric swallows on the homeland security transportation subcommittee. he recently called for improved perimeter security after a 15 grrld boy climbed a fence back in april and survived the flight to hawaii in the wheel well of a plane. as for the hartman incident, the it tsa says it's made minor changes to the layout after initial review. passengers wonder how it could happen in the first place. >> it makes me really nervous, just knowing that something somewhere along the lines was not done properly, this person got on the flight, alternates scary. los angeles police say hartman was booked into jail and is expected to be arraigned on a trespassing charge by the end of the week. happening now in berkeley, a police s.w.a.t. team just ended a standoff with a man who was holed up inside the golden bear

storage facility threatening to blow it up. he came out without incident. police won't say if he was armed. the incident shut down sixth between cedar and jones for several hours and they evacuated a storage facility while they worked to talk the man out. the final bits and pieces of a strandened fishing boat, a san francisco's ocean beach. excavators chomped through the hole of the boat turning the remnants into absolute scrap. there is still no sign meantime of the boat's skipper, 51-year-old timothy librand who may not want to be found. he has a bench warrant from santa clair county related to a drug arrest in 2010. the first death from west nile virus has happened in sacramento county. the woman had a chronic underlying illness and had been hospitalized. the virus is transmitted through a mosquito bite.

look at this. a driver faces drunk driving charges after causing the crash at the infiniti dealership in concord early this morning. three new cars were damaged. you can see the honda sedan being driven by the alleged drunk driver saw the most serious damage after it flipped onto its roof. the horn kept burglarying. the spokesperson for the dealership says this is the third time a crash like this has happened in the last year. in san jose, investigators are looking into what caused a fire at a senior living facility. it broke out at the atria willow glenn just before 5:00 a.m. no one was hurt. firefighters say eventually the building will be repaired but put back into use by the facility. new commercial buildings being build in unincorporated santa clara will soon required to have faucets designed to fill water bottle similar to these. the board of supervisors adopted a new ordinance requires

a floating kentucky restaurant has sunk into the ohio riverside water diplomat front opened in 1996 and served the likes of -- now the waterfront is water-logged, it has hit by barges, tugboats, even a runaway iceberg. the final straw came this week when it began taking on water as it was tied to a dock. the restaurant's owner says he will not reopen the waterfront instead a riverfront diener that will be built on land. >> sounds like a good plan form

7 news. after a journey of 4 billion miles, the unmanned rosetta probe reached its destination. the european space agent said it used a seven-minute thrust to swing alongside the comet now 67-p. the milestone says the stage for mankind first attempt to land a spacecraft on a comet. >> today is the beginning of the real science mission. what it's made of can we open up this treasure chest and find out some answers to the origin of water on the planet, even origin of life itself. >> they provided the pictures of the surface taken from rosetta. the next phase of the mission will be to orbit 67-p at a distance of 60 miles and observe

it as it hurdles toward the sun. if all goes according to plan, rosetta will attempt the unprecedented feet of dropping the lander on to the duck-shaped comet in december. two major hurricanes are racing toward the islands, prompting a warning to go up for the big island in just the last few hours. meanwhile, residents in honolulu are taking no chances. they crowded the costco store to stock up on essentials. hurricane iselle. the governor encountried folks to stock up and. >> it was like we opened up christmas in the middle of the summertime. every place was crazy. >> iselle is expected to hit

first, but other islands could also hear the effects of both systems. the remaining islands are already under flash flood watching, so some anxious times in hawaii. not so here, though, though it would be heating up. >> that's true. >> looking at conditions in both locations, showing how quiet our weather conditions are. we're going to quickly bounce over to the active tropical weather with those two hurricanes iselle and julio. both category 1s headed directly toward the hawaiian island. we expect iselle to make landfall late tomorrow, and that will quickly weaken to a tropical storm and move south. then it would be followed on late saturday into sunday by julio, which is expected to move north of the main islands there, as tropical storm, but still could produce some just

miserable weather conditions there. at the moment we have a hurricanes warning in effect. we have a tropical storm warning in effect on maui, and tropical storm watch in effect over oahu, and of course we'll continue monitoring this hour by hour. at the golden gate, a bit of low cloudyness. these are our forecast features, fog along the coast, warm to hot days lie ahead, and we'll have the summer spread of temperatures 60s in the coast to 90s inland. showing that pesky low that brought us very unsummer-like conditions. moving to our south, allowing drier air to move in. it will feel much more like we normally expect weather to feel this time of year. animation shows overnight, low clouds, sort of clinging to the coastline, back to normal conditions, some lingering low clouds, sunny skies inland, and we'll have our typical summer spread. overnight look for fog a little beyond the coast, and then low temperatures will range from

apparently people could almost feel the bass. during their concert at at&t park, neighbors wonder if they'll be in for a repeat performance tonight. this is youtube video of last night's on the run concert with a second performance tonight. people across san francisco, as far as the mission in hayes valley say they can hear the music. >> beyonce, i was freaking out, really. i thought it was a party. then i put two and two together, and i thought that was actually beyonce irnts it sounded like a free concert. it was wild. i heard a lot of bass, treble. i heard the vocals really clear. >> free concert, i guess that's a good way to look at it. a spokesperson apologized for the, quote, unusually high sound levels, so adjustments are being made for tonight's concert. the noise issue is trending on abc7news.com.

17th, 193 of the 298 victims were dutch. in afghanistan today, there's been another insider attack. officials say an afghan police officer drugged his colleagues better shooting and killing seven of them at a checkpoint. this comes one day after the shooting death of a general in kabul. yesterday's shooting injured 15 others, half were americans, greene's body will be flown to dover in air forcer. bowe bergdahl met with an army investigator today to answer questions about his 2009 disappearance in afghanistan and the capture by the taliban. bergdahl was freed back in may in exchange for five taliban prisoners. critics have accused him of deserting his fellow soldiers in war. months after his disappearance, an army inquiry concluded bergdahl left his post by hi own free will.

he's now back on regular duty in texas. tonight the president said the ebola virus is control ant with standard precaution -- and moments ago in fact liberia's president declared a state of emergency. the world health organization says 932 deaths have been reported or confirmed as a result of ebola. meanwhile, american ebolda patient nancy writebol is receiving her first day of treatment in atlanta. she she got back into the states yesterday, a day after her colleague and fellow ebola patient dr. kent brantly. doctors say both are improving, but it is too early to say that they are out of the woods. >> every patient can potential respond differently to the ebola vire infections. i think it's fair so say some says somebody could look better and other days may not look as well. >> abc news received an

exclusive look inside the plane that brought both patients from africa. you can see a health care worker in a protective suit working in the pods specifically designed to keep the disease from spreading, of course. now to the dramatic video of a train rescue. a man got stuck between a train and platform just as the train was about to pull out. incredibly commuters came together to push as one. dan harris has the story. >> reporter: just before 9:00 in the morning, the crowd anxious to get to work filed onto the train, but one guy's left foot slips from the fain and the platform of. last man on the platform yells for help. the train is stopped, but the guy's leg is still stuck, that gap just 2 inches wide. >> someone yelled out saying a guy's leg was caught in the door. >> concerned commuters gather around. they tell people inside in the train to jump to the other side of the car, but it doesn't work.

a couple health items to pass along. even among those who have survived smoking-related cancer. you know it's tough if you've tried to or did quit. nine years after diagnosis, some were smokers, some were not. they found a third of the people who were smokers when diagnosed with cancer quit, but at least two thirds continued to smoke. overall, most cancer survivors took the health risk from smoking seriously. less than 10% of those they questioned smoke. that's about half the rate found among all u.s. adults. then there's this, a new health benefit of taking an aspirin. a researcher at yale found people on a long-term can cut their risk of pancreatic cancer

rather significantly people who took between 75 and 325 milligrams a day for up to six years reduced their risk by 39%. after ten years of taking aspirin, the risk went down by 60%. pancreatic cancer, of course, is very serious, the five-year survival rate is less than 5%. here's a story that will make you mad. a man faces animal cruelty charges after he allegedly gave heroin to his pet kitten. the listless kitten had several broken teeth as well as bumps and bruises, and authorities determined they had given heroin after they found 22 bags of the drug on myers and hundreds of bags and needles in his car. veterinarian gave the kitten nar-can. >> and the kitten just like a

human suddenly bounced back up. >> they say the kitten is expected to make a full recovery. cut toms official say its a wild situation. they have made the largest seizure of mountain animals ever at los angeles long beach airport. they recovered 30 pieces in all, includes a mounted wildebeest, even a baboon. it's not illegality to export or import animals like this, as long as you declare it in a shipment and get a permit. >> you have to tell us what you're shipping out of our country. in many cases, and in four specific cases on this table, four of these animals are internationally protected. >> the man shipping the items is from the philippines, and was in the u.s. for the first time. he purchased the animals in texas and was trying to ship them home. >> that is wild. >> yes, it is. michael finney is answering

trance plant. >> mallard's son suffered an atv accident, he made the hard decision to donate his organs. his pancreas helped save the life of a then 19-year-old petaluma boy, and yes, last monday mallard received a kidney from jake's mother janis. this diagram may help you understand it. after the ma lars lost their son, his pancreas was given to jake, janis his mother then donated her kidney to bill mallard. more than 200 kidney transplants are performed every year in san francisco. this one was certainly one of the morse unusual ones, given the families involved. >> simple everyday life is just so precious. >> reporter: having a functioning kidney is liberating

airlines flight all without a boarding pass. justice was quick today. a judge gave her a three-day jail sentence and put her on probation for two years. the judge told hartman to stay away from l.a.x. unless she has a valid ticket to fly. hartman has tried stowing away on flights out of the sfo at least six times this year that we know of. each attempt was unsuccessful. one judge ordered her to get a mental evaluation, which led to treatment for depression. after this arrest in l.a., hartman told officials there she was just lonely. well, this is the second time in four months that somebody has gotten past security as ma netta san jose international. the first case involved a 15-year-old who stowed away by climbing in the wheel well of a hawaii-bound jet and survived. david louie talked to experts about what's wrong? david? >> cheryl, this airport is stead
