21-year-old man is in custody for trying to bilk renters out thousands. the map was arrested after police say he set up a scheme to try to rent a house that didn't belong to him. according to investigators, he used craigslist to advertise a house for rent saying the victim would have to pay $1,500 deposit upfront but the house was own by someone else. it was up for sale.
