the tragic death. katie marzullo, this makes you wonder what is wrong with people? >> it is so surprising and tell. a few anonymous people, of course, posted cruel comments and grotesque pictures to zelda social media account. she lost her father not two days ago and says it is too much for her to handle. before sighing off twitter and instagram, she takes not high road but the humorous road in honor of her funny man father to anyone sending negativity she writes, some maul begin goaling part of him is sending a flock of pigeons to your house to poop on your car right after you had it washed. all three of the robin williams children have now given statements on the serious side saying i will carry his heart with me every day from zelda, there is minor comfort in knowing our grief and loss is shared with millions.

street the at 59th and telegraph avenue april 26 and he was hit. the driver got out, checked on him and got back in the vehicle and drove away. police say the car involved was a white aldi s.u.v. >> sever school districts are headed back do class today to start the new school year including the largest district in the south bay. matt joining us from san jose. safety for kids is a top concern? >> it is. san jose unified has 33,000-plus kids in 42 different schools including the elementary school and all of them are in class today for the first time this school year with a lost excitement and of course a little anxiety. >> getting do class on the first day of school could be the most difficult part of the day. for the 800 or so students at willow glen they have a few people looking out for them including a cross guard.

brokers but how do you make sure you are not buying fake tickets in there are hundreds at outside lands music festival this weekend. tickets are easy to copy these days and criminals will steal the paper stock from the ticket seller and print fake tickets. you need to be careful of who you buy them from. make sure you can go back to that person if there is a problem. >> not anyone on the street. make them pull out drier's -- driver's license, if he doesn't, go somewhere else because he is worried about something. get there early no one knows they are counterfeit until you walk in. this is what is great about counterfeiting. a dollar bill you know, with a concert ticket you do not know until it is scanned. >> paul played sunday at dodgers stadium and now is ready for the candlestick. they had fireworks in los angeles but the promoters say

a plane crash in brazil killed a presidential candidate and the private jet was headed from rio de janeiro to an airport out of the capital and it went down and went down.

from north of bay bridge to east of the golden gate bridge all the way through san pablo and sass soon bay to the delta community and it will be choppy in the afternoon. the wind is coming off that and the cooler weather is why the north bay will be cooler-than-average again. you can see the clouds along the coast and like yesterday some of those are starting to pull become. spotty sunshine today. this is one of the areas that is seen the most amount of sunshine from the east bay and the south bay, and so you are warmest at low-to-mid 70's and upper 60's to low 70's around the bay and mostly in the north bay the san francisco and half moon bay low-to-mid 60's. that is how it looks from emeryville, you can see the clouds retreating and they are breaking up a little bit. a lot of sunshine this afternoon with mild to warm highs and clouds tonight and patchy drizzle possible, not a wide-spread event mostly near the coast and patchy at best. new worm air mass will roll in tomorrow. right new we are watching the

cold front fall apart and a couple of areas of low pressure to the north kicking off the rain and it has made the marine layer deep enough the temperatures will be rolling below average in the south bay, mid-to-upper 70's until los gatos and mortgagen hill and gilroy, hid 80's and santa cruz is about 75 and mid-to-upper 70's on the peninsula to milbrae at 71 and breezy. nearly 70 at the coast into downtown and south san francisco and sausalito, and mid-to-upper 70's through the north bay valley and low-to-mid 70's along the east bay sure and through castro valley at 77 and the east bays upper 70's to allow off mid-80's. if you are going to at&t pork we have temperature running in the upper 60's with a very high u.v. index, so a good burn factor this. if you are headed out in redwood city, the last of the music in the park, soul and funk in the upper 70's. finally, if you are going to
