interchange. breaking overnight, c.h.p. is investigating a fail car crash in santa rosa southbound 101 at midnight. the driver is a man in his 30's he may have been drinking. the driver veered off the road and plowed into a guardrail before hitting a tree. he died at the scene. c.h.p. has cleared the scene. >> in fremont, the school board has made a decision about a controversial sex education text become. matt is at district headquarters with how the issue has been temporarily resolved. >> matt? >> parents were upset by the text book and they told the school board how they felt. the final decision, students will use last year's textbook if the choose room this year. the textbook was written for college and fremont was to be the first california high school
