surveillance video show suspect walking no the mall on monday in san leandro. 2 men and 2 women are looked for they were arguing with the victim in the store just before the shooting. about 10:30 monday morning. few minutes later the 4 seen running away. there the they go. witness say they left in a silver maybe gray suv. victim shot in leg and is recovering. >> jury was not convinced that concord elementary school teacher molested 14 of his students. today fourth and fifth grade teacher joseph martin was acquitted on 21 counts of molestation. jury deadlocked open the rest. of alan live tonight at woodside elementary where it all started. alan. >> joseph martin was well liked and known for his fun and innovative teaching style here. he also invited his students to his home and that's where he was accused of molesting some of them. >> never a doubt. i stood by him from day one. >>reporter: jennifer martin
