vehicle and burst into flames. it happen next to reed hill view airport. officers battled the flames with fire extinguishers. they laalso arrested the merced driver after he tried to run away. the crash involved eight vooe hi hickles. >> the chp tried to stop the man. officers canceled their pursuit after the motorcyclist exceeded 100 mile an hour. a chp helicopter lated spotted the motorcycle on 288. it ultimately hit an suv. the driver of the suv was not hurt. >> police in east palo alto are searching for clues in a shooting that injured five people, killing one and leaving in two in critical conditions.

gunshots shots rang out. police arrived to find three people suffering from bullet wounds. two were rushed to thospital. another was pronounced dead at the scene. >> we're learning now details this morning about a man who died during the 49ers game. during the third quarter they ad m mipistered cpr. in a statement the 49ers organization is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of one of our fans earlier today. we would like to extend our prayers to family and friends. >> also during the 49er game the parking confusion has yet to be solved. that was almost as bad as the team's confusion on the field against the broncos. our reporter is live at l levy stadium with more on that. >> reporter: i was going to say

the biggest glitch at the stadium was the score board. it did not go in the 49ers favor. the new stadium did get pretty good reviews from fans. there were 68,000 people here to see the new stadium and team. many liked what they saw but they did say getting here had its challenges. they had a hard time finding the right parking place and getting there. people who were driving said it was like a maze. people who talked the train said they had a much smoother ride. >> we would have been in candlestick with a barbecue lit probably two hours before what we got to here at the new stadium. >> easy. piece of cake. got on the train. we were here in 35 minutes. it was a full train. >> it looked like getting out of here was a bit easier because people left at different times. they just didn't like the score
