identifying some of those responsible for a brazen highly-organized series of dangerous side shows that went from the bay bridge toll plaza on to interstate 580 through oakland on sunday. laura? >> they've started cases in east oakland neighborhoods the toll plaza is one of several locations why side shows took place. police say what they're dealing with here are flash mobs, organized quickly. with large numbers of vehicles, various locations and on the move. this is one of several side shows police and the patrol were trying to deal with first in the neighborhoodses of east oakland, then, on on to freeways and bay bridge toll plaza.
