88 inland east bay and coast is stuck with clouds, 61 to 68. leyla gulen? >> we have a shot from berkeley looking from our emeryville camera to traffic which is stopped westbound 80 near university avenue. the c.h.p. has done traffic break because of an accident. it was reported a car was downen impactment and now three vehicles are involved with a b.u. per hitting a windshield wiper with glass and other debris in the area. we still have an active scene causing a backup and it is early in the commute. we do have slow downs and c.h.p. is looking for something and you can see them with the flashlights searching for debris or glass. it looks like traffic will be moving through but we do have knowingly one lane that we have three cars stopped there. we will get to that in a moment.

first, though, over to san jose where traffic is moving without a hitch. president obama news in petaluma, firefighters are battling self far vegetation fires with a hard time accessing the fires that could be spread across several acres. this could be connected to a plane reported missing but there is no sign of wreckage. engine trouble was reported at 9:30 but thought he could make it to the airport although he never made it. >> fires are trying to stop an out-of-control wildfire in the sierra, the junction fire which is close to yosemite national park. this is an area close to a

hopeless camp and the fire grew so quickly 13,000 businesses and homes were evacuated. calm weather is helping. 500 structures are 1,200 acres have been burned. san jose police are looking for two separate hit-and-run drivers after two incidents, two nights in a row, both on the same stretch of road. nick? >> good morning, this happened less than 24 hours after a man less than 24 hours after a man was killed on responded at 8:15 after calls of a man hit by a car. police are not sharing much of the status of the investigation saying the victim remains in

serious condition and the driver least the scene and did not return. this is unsettling because sunday night 51-year-old man was struck and killed near senter road while on his bicycle. the driver that hit him did not stop much the victim's great niece spoke. >> they did not stop or call. they left. i hope they turn themselves in or the police will find them. >> san jose police are still investigating the death. the circumstances surrounding his hit-and-run accident and speaking with ones. he is the 11th pedestrian killed by a vehicle in san jose this year. last night's victim is in serious condition. both drivers ran away. the driver if that incident has not been found. anyone who my have seen anything should contact the san jose

police department. in developing news officials in ferguson, missouri, say a handful of people are deliberately undermining peace efforts in the community. there was another night of violence with shots fired at police who were targeted of problems and bought olds. >> criminal acts came from a small minority of law breakers. anyone who has been here, should understand there is a dangerous dynamic in the night. it allows a small number of agitators to hide in the crowd and attempt to create chaos. many of the criminal elements would have been coming here are not from this area. tonight, some of those arrested came from as far away as new york and california. >> two people were shot and 31

arrests were made. a white police officer shot and killed an unarmed black teen. happening today, dublin city council will look to clear trees above pg&e natural gas pipeline. many cities have expressed anger toward the utility for cut down trees without permits leading pg&e to stop cutting down trees until it reaches agreements with local governments. pg&e believes removing trees is critical to safety a top priority after the 2010 deadly pipeline explosion that killed eight and destroyed 38 homes. >> the governor agreed to a debate with neel kashkari september 4. he urged brown to debate ten times but the governor says this is the one and only debate before the november election. the match is crucial opportunity for kneel cashally who is
