on in hayward. you saw the shot from sky 7, the backup caused by this pedestrian fatality was confirmed minutes ago this is a pedestrian fatality at industrial parkway and this is shutting down two lanes open southbound 880 and the industrial parkway on-ramp. avoid the area completely. who are looking at heavy backup on 238 northbound approaching 880. this is causing one hour delay from 238 to the highway 84 if your traveling take you to san jose you need to see alternate routes. we have parallel to the west of 880 or mission boulevard to the east, for alternates. as you can see it is a parking lot. remark is not moving.
