home where officers arrived at 6:00 this morning. people in the adjacent homes have had the option of evacuating or sheltering in place as a precaution. one neighbor says she heard loud bangs and saw officers digging in the backyard. >> investigators identified two men found september 11th in the strawberry manner neighborhood. sheriff investigators say the bodies of a 61-year-old and 41-year-old were found in the backyard of a shared lot. they say a rifle was found next to a body. laweden can be seen here mraiing guitar during a show in 2009. investigators say it appears it was a murder suicide. >> state senator released a

property owners faced off in court today. we are live on knob hill tonight. >> owners of the apartments here on sacramento street are among the plaintiffs in this lawsuit and want to evict the building's ten remaining tenants but don't want to pay what is mandated by the city. >> parkland supposed to be a limited partnership. >> joseph is not happy with the new owners of the building. he's one of the ten remaining tenants facing eviction the building owners are required to pay them $1.1 million. >> as far as we know there are a bunch of speculators that are operating like a hedge fund >> the owners of his buildings are challenging the new law that requires property owners who want to get out of the rental business to pay the difference between current rent and cost of comparable housing in the city for two years. for this family, who own a
