trains on time. the bay bridge toll plaza is lightening up and fast track is moving along with no problems. on the altamont pass we have construction until 6:00 a.m. along the eastbound correction 580 to grant line road a couple of lanes are blocked with a battle neck westbound and at greenville we have a stalled vehicle blocking one lane and heavy delays from address at 33 miles per hour so it will take 35 to 40 minutes. two dozen people are forced from their homes this morning in san francisco after a three-alarm fire at a bass station that spread to other structures. katie marzullo? >> this is a troublesome fire so i will talk about the people

after talking with the red cross volunteers. they say there are 23 people displaced from seven families and two dogs so five apartment units total and the red cross truck is on the scene working to help everyone would needs help. they say they are looking for hotel rooms for seven people. it is a tough time with a convention in town. the fire itself broke out at 12:30 and crews found a large fire in the body shop of the gas station. it spread to two apartment buildings burning one and only the exterior of the other that suffered smoke and water damage on the inside. that is why so many people are out on the street. another issue because it is a body shot it mixed with the water and it drained into
