died after falling under a bus full of people. considering to the burning man blog she is not identified. the organizers are calling this a terrible accident and are doing all they can to help authorities with the investigation. we will have more on the agreeing news story at twitter@abc7newsbayarea. . pg&e is trying to track down a security breach at the same substation hit by snipers last year. they broke into the metcalf substation in san jose off highway 101 cutting through the chain link fence in three places and stole heavy power tools. the break inwasn't something they discovered until yesterday morning. the substation was vandalized in april of 2013 but a sniper opened fire on 17 transformers leaving $15 million in damage. we will have much more on the story at 6:30.

now the napa earthquake the board of expressers will ask for a federal emergency declaration making it eligible for federal assistance. 632 structures have been red or yellow tagged in napa and crews will finish repair today of several streets including twin oaks and white cliff circle and oaks and white cliff circle and sandy [ -- sandy re-opened are still dealing with a major issue. amy hollyfield has what going on at redwood middle school. >> parents got a voice mail message: kids cannot drink the water. the principal says officials are still testing the water. for now it is not safe to

substation a facility that had an pensive security upgrade after a more incident last year. our reporter is near san jose. matt? security has increased since the attack a year ago and they have next up here and they have deputies and security guards pa will -- patrolling the groups but someone broke in. thieves snipped through a fence three times on tuesday creating holes large enough to enter the substation. the burglary was not reported until 7:30 yesterday morning. heavy power tools were stolen. human error is the cause and pg&e blamed security team for not adequately addressing the fence. >> i understand the money wants it know how it happened as we do this is 16 months after 17
