tomorrow, 49ers will talk for the first time after another player arrest this weekend, the fourth of the year. san jose police arrested him early sunday morning. abc7 news is live in san jose with more. sergio? >> neighbors tell me that saturday night there are cars lined up and down the street for a big party celebrating ray mccondonald's birthday. he turns 30 tomorrow

us quiet weather pattern throughout the week and into the weekend. taking a look at the week ahead, high temperatures there vary from day-to-day not very much. a steady pattern is what the bay area can expect. overnight, look for fog returning to the coast. may be spotty drizzle mainly near the coast. will be mild and fblth animation, we'll see fog back on the coast. be aware there may be damp spots out there. we'll have a cooler day but a warm one. highs from 60s to upper 80s inland. south bay highs 82

in alameda there is a fight over what to do with a small plot of land near the bay's largest beach. >> it's putting taxpayers in the middle. >> it's a gem in the crowd of recreation spots. robert w crown state beach is the largest on the bay but has become tarnished and officials say the federal government is keeping it from being polished. >> we get a million people per year using this park. >> bob doyle is the general manager of the east bay regional parks. the agency runs the park. the u.s. department of general services owns this property next

proceedings to cease the road the park district reacted by filing a lawsuit over zoning issues. state attorney general pledged to fight any actions. gsa would not comment because of the pending little investigation and developer did not respond to our request for an interview. in a letter, a representative for the developer says it plans to quote, transform the now-blighted area into single-family homes, native landscaping and shore line access that honors the rich history while revitalizing crown beach area. alameda city council zoned for housing in 2012. >> we started a petition drive to zone the property open space. >> karen lucas is with friends of crown beach. the group collected 6,000 signatures >> the community is invested in this. they voted for it paying property taxes for it
