firefighters are on the scene in twin peaks after flames broke out in an apartment. the first firefighters called for a second alarm because they were worried of the flame spreading to the densely packed area. nick? >> good morning, i can tell you that the couple behind me are the couple that lost their place and they are upset. they say everything happened so quickly they were too upset to be on camera but the firefighters had to move quickly. many of the firefighters who are here today are same firefighters who were fighting the fire on mission street so they have not had much rest before they responded to this two-alarm fire. i have the chief. you had to act quickly. what did you find when you arrived? >> dispatch report add fire right here and when the companies pulled out of station

the scene. the good news is that this are no injuries. the bad news is we new have learned two people, two separate sets of families, have been displaced because they were destroyed the fire, smoke, water and damage. you can see the crews are cleaning up from the scene. they say they saw heavy blames and smoke and the challenge was running hose back to the units behind what we see because the way the building is set up there is a courtyard between the two buildings and that separates the unit that was engulfed in flames from the street side and he had to run 400 feet of hose. >> i on the door. i live here. the building in front. i opened the door and i could feel the heat from the flames.
