noon on 77 avenue in the east mont neighborhood. investigators say the boy was outside the home with some family members when the gun went off. child in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. police still trying to determine who fired the gun whether gun was legally owned. >> something is seriously wrong with wheels on bart trains. 2 dozen wheels have been found to be defective after train accident last month. allen is live at the 0written today bart station with the story. alan? >> dan over the past two week more than 60 taken cars taken off line for inspection making for some very crowded trains. but now it looks like the decision to inconvenience passengers is paying off. >> when bart train whether he will broke off at the pleasant hill bart station last month inspectors discovered the nearly 1,000 pound wheel cracked from the inside out. after inspecting every train in the fleet bart found 23 defective wheels on 20 cars.
