we had an accident at 5:29 to c.h.p. when a car spun out and ran into another car. we saw it on the side of the road but they had to get a tow truck in to get the cars off the side so we are running into traffic here north of the summit. that is the issue for people coming from santa cruz into los gatos and the san jose area this morning. dealing with the wet weather and slick roads and first rain of the season you can expect the slick roads and the commute for the people in santa cruz will be slow. that is good on 17. look at the video we shot this morning. showers and the national weather service tweeted they have some reports of half an inch of rain in the santa cruz mountains and
