prison. this is wayne huntsman most recent mug shot from el drd 0county after his arrest yesterday. and this was wayne hunts map as 19-year-old convicted criminal time for assault with deadly weapon and grand theft. >> this is somebody who is a career criminal. >> police and sheriff's department saying they are all too familiar with the 37-year-old. in fact this is a mug shot taken just last year of huntsman smiling in the photo. here's a brief history. in 1996 huntsman arrested for stealing a car. 2001 arrested for battery. and in january he was busted for resisting arrest. >> unfortunate and it's frustrating especially for that community up in the sierra that this is an individual who has been arrested a number of times and now he's out. committing these crimes. and now has been involved in this fire. >>reporter: el dorado county da charged huntsman with starting the kings fire today. >> superior court june here in
