place spot. >> a 37-year-old career criminal is arraigned for arson in the massive king fire. wayne huntsman is held on $10 million bail with a long criminal history including several arrests in santa cruz. the king fire is now 73,000 acres. it is only 10 percent contained. 2,000 homes are still threatened in pollock pines. huntsman broke into a home near where the four started and the home owner said he was at work in berkeley. the man came down and told me about kicking the door in and they had a suspect and they did not me for sure. we were evacuated for three days. >> there was nothing taken from the home and the fire was so close it was a miracle his home
