live from the kgo-tv broadcast center this is abc7 news. there are a lot of things that people want. >> people in the neighborhood of 49er ray mcdonald speak out about the placest sopping the defensive lineman. the star is already in hot water for a possible domestic violence and now is a victim of a crime. >> good morning, i am eric thomas. police are looking into a burglary committed at his home in san jose this weekend while he was in arizona for year's game against the cardinals. we are live with the latest

visit by police to the home. this is the third time since may police have responded to the address. this time, it is for a burglary while the 49er were aware. they were playing in airs. >> a car pulled up to the home this morning but no one answered the door. the 30-year-old who is investigated for felony assault is now a burglary victim while in arizona with his team to play the cardinals. at that time someone broke into his hoax police were called to the house just after 10:45 on saturday night. someone forced their way in and took personal items. neighbors remembering hearing dogs barking. >> i heard of break-ins happening in the neighbor. >> they believe someone could is targeted him because he was out of town. >> i have heard a last homes have been burglarized the last year and a half. my client has been installing

>> there are always multiple cars parked outside, different people coming and going. >> a lot of traffic in and out. lately. >> officers responded to this same address last month and arrested mcdonald on suspicion of domestic violence on his fiance. they came back in may. it is said a woman grabbed a gun during an argument. no names were released but it involved an "engaged couple." >> there is a security system installed. police will not say not alarmed went off. they have not made any arrests. mcdonald has not been officially charged in the domestic violence case. the city of santa clara will issue a proclamation reinforcing opposition to domestic violence with no mention of mcdonald or the 49ers.

a domestic violence group submitted a resolution for consideration at tomorrow's city council meeting that would condemn the 49ers for allowing mcdonald to play but they were told they missed the deadline. representatives say they are disappointed with the decision and plan a show of force at the meeting tomorrow. >> in the wake of the incident involving former baltimore star ray rice and other domestic violence cases, holder anowed a new program thatting kill off in four counties designed to help identify people who have become so violent they could end up killing their partner. erect holder says the goal is to step in before violence escalates. >> in northern california, a massive wildfire in el dorado fire is getting bigger. the king fire is at 87,000 acres. crews are making progress. this morning, it is 18 percent

for a woman who stole a package from somebody's front porch last week. look at this: they released video showing a woman running up the drive and grabbing a package and leaving taken from the southeast side of the city on thursday. the woman took off in a car driven by another person. the woman is described as 35 to 30 years, 5' 4" and weighing 125 pounds with long monday hair. the get away vehicle is described as the silver 2014 or 2015 chevrolet with tainted windows and license plate numbered that could end in "448." there was a rare mountain lion seen yesterday, a mother and two cubs around 9:00 in the morning yesterday. an official who worked with the humane society for 40 years said it is rare for mountain lions to be spotted in that area. san rafael police advice people to keep small children indoors if they can and to be vigilant
