at the scene of a double homicide in san jose. police are looking for one gunman. it happened about two hours ago at a home on rancho drive in the seven trees neighborhood. >> police arrived to find two people dead and a third rushed to the hospital with nonlife-threatening wounds. right now police are trying to piece together what happened. follow our twitter feed, abc7newss bay area. >> good evening. ama is off tonight. now to our other top story. dr. stacy addison, is being held after being arrested, strip searched and not charged. >> she volunteers for sick animals and now she is in need

this is what was caught on tape. two more heists hit dealerships. it shows thieves stealing suvs from formula 1 on friday. they made off with five vehicles. the dealership believes it what a well planned hit. >> there were eight of them in the whole parking lot and each jumping in one of the cars and trying to drive off with it. >> in another heist thieves stole eight vehicles from mercedes-benz. they will not say fe this are connected to the burglaries they are investigating. dog owners believe someone is trying to poison their pets. several meatballs were found and they are being tested. alan wang traveled to the north bay to find out more. >> that is terrible. i can't believe that. >> that is the reago from dog own -- reaction for dog owners
