the san francisco police department is here. the witness told me this was also a child in the white s.u.v. and she asked the police officers if the child is okay and the police officer said "yes." i don't see anyone involved from the white s.u.v. but we know a san francisco liver, public information officer is head down here and the whole intersection, the crime scene has moved back. i am at washington and battery. there is yellow tape everywhere, california highway patrol officer i heard say the area was going to be closed for a long time this morning. the traffic will be bad but officer what i understood this morning it sound like this is
