sameshipping center say he worked across the street at nails resort. it is only a few blocks or a few doors down. it is closed today although the sign says it is supposed to on at 9:00 a.m. lottery officials confirm that he does work as a nail technician and claimed the prize last night at district office in hayward. he told workers he did not believe he when even after he read the numbers. he has been playing the lottery for five years and wednesday united he bought 15 powerball tickets and picked his own numbers. a store clerk i talked to said he did not recognize the name but was probably recognize the face. >> it is great. great for the neighbor. it is a blue collar neighborhood and people around here work really hard. it is good to see it hit so close to home. >> he will get the full $228.4
