and storms continue to rumble. >> thank you very much more breaking news a driver for uber san francisco is being charged with attacking a passenger with a hammer. it was announced just 90 minutes ago by the district attorney. tiffany? >> the district announced the driver that is accused of assaulting a passenger during a ride at 2:00 in the morning tuesday. there is some during that ride they got into an argument over the route. the driver allegedly told everyone to get out and here is a google street view. the driver is accused of hitting one passenger in the head.
