project victims were in a car shot up. officers say the woman was hit several times. the man was only hit once. hes with able to run from the seen. he was taken to the hospital where he new is in stable condition. in word on a motive or any suspects. >> the coast guard is waiting for test results of drug and alcohol testing on the crew of a packed ferry boat that crashed into bi41 in san francisco before 6:00 last night. ten people on board the ferry were sent to the hospital with mostly minor injuries and there were 230 passengers headed to oakland and alameda and the ferry boat was fastened to a piling. the coast guard ruled out mechanical issues and now looking into whether human error is to blame. it is back in operation today. >> developing news, we know the identity of a young nurse in texas to pick the first person to contract ebola virus on united states soil. the 26-year-old nurse cared for

thomas eric duncan and the liberian man died from ebola last week at her dallas hospital. here is the latest. today, family members confirming to our station in dallas, wfaa that nina pham contracted ebola virus while treating man man who -- thomas eric duncan who kid here. the mistake was made could have exposed her. >> if you have a cut it can get in but otherwise, you touch your eye or nose or mouth. >> the centers for disease control says other workers who treated thomas eric duncan at dallas health presbyterian could also be infected. >> i would not be surprised it we saw additional cases in the health care workers who provided care to the patient. >> there are 48 people still

for the next couple of hours but later in the evening we will see the southern surge take a right turn and head inland so we will have cooling in san francisco. but, gorgeous weather to take a few pictures or walk or motorcycle ride. warm sunshine. a chance of rain on tuesday night into wednesday morning and a better chance on friday night into saturday morning. here are the highways, 90's in los gatos and morgan hill and gilroy, and take a picture that is the last time you will see the 90's. mid-to-upper 80's in the rest of the south bay, 822 at palo alto and were else in the mid-to-upper 80's and mid-to-upper 70's along the coast and falling this afternoon and downtown in south san francisco after you reach the low-to-mid 80's and same in sausalito and nearly 90 in the north bay valley and mid-to-upper 80's in the east bay shore and low 90's inland east bay. now, tonight the temperatures are going to rub in the 50's and 60's and the cloud cover and drizzle that will develop along the cost and do not be surprised
