good wednesday morning. begin with breaking news, we learned another case of ebola in texas. >> a second health care worker who gave care to thomas eric duncan tested positive for the virus. we're learning about the case as the nurse battling the virus is doing better. dr. richard besser is on the line with us now. the cdc said it's not unexpected to see more cases. this is another one. what's your reaction and most concerning about this. >> this is very concerning, t.j. the fact that the first case of ebola treated in the united states has now led to two health care workers with ebola is really -- is really frightening. and i think should cause us to consider again whether every hospital in america should be expected to be able to take care of an ebola patient safely. >> dr. besser, we know the texas hospital, the nurses union came out saying they did not believe that proper care was taken when the first patient came through.

how do we know that hospitals across america are prepared to deal with ebola indicationcases? >> i have seen them treated in liberia and suited up in a ward. it's not something you can read a book and figure out how to do. you want it to be done in a situation where people have been trained, practiced, where there's proper supervision. so i think the nurses union is right on target. this is not something that the average nurse, the average doctor, the average technician in a hospital should feel comfortable doing. one thing we learned from the cdc, there were 76 people involved in the care of mr. duncan in the hospital. that's a lot of people to learn how to do this properly. and to learn how to protect yourself in a setting where even the smallest slip up when a patient is very sick can have deadly consequences. >> and one last thing, quickly, what should be our concern? we know the nurse, and checking
