well, good tuesday morning, i'm reena ninan. >> and i'm t.j. holmes. the nurse who treated ebola patients and forcibly kept in quarantine is now thought to be home. >> kaci hickox said she was in good spirits but plans action. >> it forced cdc to revise their guidelines on returning health care workers. tahman bradley is in washington with the latest. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. that nurse through her attorney said she is pleased the state released her. she wants rest and relaxation as she ponders a lawsuit. after three days of confinement to this tent, kaci hickox is thinking about suing new jersey. she said she was treated like a criminal, held against her will with no heat, no shower and a box for a toilet even after testing negative for ebola.

crews are repairing the railroad tracks through camden, tennessee, after flooding caused the mess you see there. a train derailment. officials say a levy on a pond broke, flooding the tracks as the freight train approached. several cars derailed. two crewmen were slightly injured. the track is expected to be back in business today. and road conditions, wet in the northwest, be careful in the great lakes area, and showers in the ohio valley. and if you're flying, airport delays are possible in memphis, tennessee, today. turn to a case that has a lot of people asking what could have happened to a 53-year-old fan at last thursday night's denver broncos game? >> paul kitterman and his stepson went to the game with two friends. his stepson went to the bathroom at halfhalftime, and when he ca back, kitterman was gone. he didn't have a cell phone,

credit card or vehicle with him. >> we searched the stadium, going to hospitals, just retraced our steps anywhere he might have gone. >> nothing out of the ordinary happened. it wouldn't make any sense to go any place. seemed happy, happy to be at the game. >> stadium staff say kitterman was last seen during the third quarter of the game. at this point authorities say they have no reason to suspect foul play. a scary flight delay in los angeles triggered by the name of a wi-fi hot spot. an american airlines plane to london had to return to the gate at l.a.x. after a passenger noticed a wi-fi hot spot labeled al qaeda free terror network. everyone was held on board for several hours until the plane was given the all-clear. the flight crew didn't feel comfortable taking off, so the flight was rescheduled. >> it's scary to think that someone would do that, especially on an international flight. >> investigators were not able to pinpoint the person who named the hot spot, misspelling the

word al qaeda, by the way. no crime was committed. a single mother in california used the closest thing she had to chase a burglar out of her kitchen. it was 3:00 in the morning when he heard noises. she grabbed a high heeled shoe and chased the burglar out. she locked the door and called 911. deputies found a 21--year-old suspect hiding out with the unname woman's things, including two laptop s. he's now charged with burglary. and a store owner trying to defend his business from a pair of armed robbers. owner grabbed the first thing he could find. it was chili powder. he threw it in the man's face, forcing them to run from his store and managed to get the license plate number helping police track down one of the robbers. zblanch zblanchts. a dangerous game has been caught on camera in florida. it shows hundreds of drivers on a dark, narrow road at 2:00 in the morning.
