major killed by a drunk driver in front of his fraternity house on sunday morning standing in the bicycle lane waiting to cross the street. >> we are to graduate in the spring together and walk together so this is going to be kind of hard walking without him. >> police say the driver is 22-year-old who hit lam and drove several more before he crashed into another car. he then got out of the car and hid in his apartment. he was later arrested and booked into santa clara county jail. the fraternity brothers of delta sigma phi have established a page to help the family cover expenses and have a fund that raises money later in the week.
