five years hundreds of thousands of giants fan will celebrate the world series championship at noon at the foot of market and stewart near the ferry building, and from there they will ride or walk along market street to city hall for a big onstage ceremony. our reporter is at at&t park where they are getting the floats ready for the parade. >> it doesn't get any better than this, i have you, matt, amy, leyla gulen, mike and the first look at the floats. that is what you want to see. this will be folks moving down market for the giants parade carrying sponsors and organizations that have supported the team this career. designing and painting for parades does not happen overnight. david tom is an expert at getting these things ready in a matter of days.

responding. bart has adjusted and will have every available train running. they will run their rush hour service all day long and extend service to 2:00 in the morning because they have to deal with halloween and people celebrating that. caltrain has eight additional trains running today and are expecting a record day with a load and go day meaning when the train is full it goes. there are no bullet service, they stop at every stop. same with ferries, load and go. they will have more trips today and they are taking off when full. buy a round trip ticket because you don't want to get in stuck if lynn at the ticket machine when you come here today, it doesn't matter how you get here don't take the car and you will be happier. downtown hotels are packed with giants fans for the parade.

south bay, san jose police are watching two fatal accidents involving people walking the streets. the latest happened after 12:30 this morning a car struck and killed a female pedestrian. the driver stop and is cooperating with police. another person was killed crossing street and it happened at center road after 10:30. police say they found the victim trapped under the vehicle and he died at scene involving two cars, one stayed at the seen and the other took off. >> san jose police are vetting -- investigating a triple stabbing. go men and a woman were found with stab wounds and are not consider the life threat being. a hand in his tents receiving care at the homes with arrested and investigators say the motive and circumstances are unknown. a resident heard an argument between a caregiver and a

what is happening here, we are moving into the east bay where an accident is involving one vehicle, eastbound 80 we have delays as you cross over the bridge heading into vallejo so if you go to crockett and over the bridge you will find the accident causing a slow down. to the south along highway 4 westbound side a solo spinout. we do not have wet roads but we have a slow low spinout with a little bit of slowing eastbound, and as you pass the accident everything is clear to 80 and as you head from 80 through san pablo to the half map split, to albany berkeley, no problems. >> cringe ghosts and goblins are all around tonight, and what you need to do to stay safe. >> an accident that shut down a major freeway from northern
