posted. in other news, breaking news, san francisco police are looking for the large trust that -- truck that hit and killed a pedestrian before midnight and took off running. nick? good morning, it happened near the intersection right here and the truck was headed up the street when it happened. ones say an 18 wheeler, possibly a gasoline truck, hit and killed a man in his mid-30's the san francisco police described truck as double tanker fuel truck, silver, with dark colored cab. investigators do not have much to work on but are looking into the possibility that it may been used to refuel pups at a car rent am company. they are working to locate the truck and the driver to interview that person directly. that information will help them put together clues. police have not released the name of the victim or said if there is anything to suggest drugs or alcohol are a factor.

covering san rafael, south bay, pleasanton and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. the propositions on the ballot: starting with prop 1 and two. prop 1 is $7.5 billion water bond to help with future drought. it passed bay strong margin at 67 percent victory for prop 1 push by governor brown. prop 2 is also passing creating new rules in the constitution of how the state pays debt and keep money in reserve for tough financial times.
