administration confirming four keys,s have been hacked. and the navy is reviewing security procedures after an attack in turkey. the pentagon calling it ugly and disturbing. here's they shot and released this video for the world to see. three u.s. sailors assaulted on the streets of turkey. the men, not in uniform, tried to ignore the taunts. >> we define you as murderers and killers. we want you to get out of our land. >> reporter: but the growing crowd turned violent. the 20 or so people surrounding the americans. the sailors are shoved and sprayed with red paint, representing blood. the crowd chanting anti-american slogans. then the crowd tried to force white bags over the sailors'

heads. they managed to break free and run for safety. they made it back safely to their ship, the uss ross, a ship destroyer on a port visit to istanbul. the secretary of the navy visited the sailors and called a reprehensible. the turkish youth union claimed responsibility for the attack. saying they're angry with american imperialism. the group used the bags in an apparent reference to a 2003 incident in iraq where u.s. forces detained turk irk soldiers, putting hoods over their heads. they are reviewing security, and this will not affect america's relationship with turkey. reena. >> thanks so much. more russian troops are pouring into ukraine. nato confirmed it observed columns of russian equipment, primarily tanks and artillery and russian combat troops entering ukraine over the past 48 hours. moscow denies it. but the u.n. is warning of a possible return of a full-scale fight in eastern ukraine.

4,000 people have died in the conflict. president obama faces challenges today in his visit to myanmar, also known as burma. they are backsliding in their promises to have economic and political reforms. the promise of reform was initially rewarded with relief from u.s. sanctions. he will meet the president of the country. the newly elected members of the u.s. congress have arrived on capitol hill for freshman orientation. it's a week of briefings on every from parliamentary procedure to decorum in the house. there are at least 50 new lawmakers in the house, 12 in the senate. s as for the current congress, there's a vote on the controversial keystone pipeline today. michael baden is going to testify in missouri today before a grand jury looking into the shooting of michael brown. he was hired by brown's attorney to conduct an autopsy on their son. he concluded that michael brown was shot six times and there is no sign of a struggle. this contradicts police and eyewitness accounts that describes a physical confrontation.

that was between brown and ferguson police officer darren wilson. the grand jury's decision is expected by the end of the month. the family of thomas eric duncan reached a settlement with the dallas hospital where he died of ebola. his four children and parents will share the undisclosed payment. under texas law, damages are limited to $250,000. his fiancee will get nothing. texas health presbyterian aj acknowledged the staff made a mistake by sending him home after he told them he travelled from west africa. no injuries after an earthquake in the nation's heartland. the 4.2 quake struck in kansas. it was felt all the way to texas. it was enough to knock bricks from buildings to the grounds. objects in homes falling to the floor. cracking walls. for residents it was alarming. >> this was more serious as far

those plans. the electronics change had said they would be open from 8:00 a.m. to midnight thanksgiving day. that didn't go over well with the employees. they are calling an audible. they will open at 8:00 a.m. and close at noon so workers can spend time with their families. in colorado, marijuana sales have dropped for the first time in september since the beginning of the year when it was legalized. taxes and fees were down by a half a million dollars. it's blamed on the usual slowdown in tourism between the summer and winter months in colorado. a pretty loud public hearing in the massachusetts town poised to become the first in the nation to ban all sales of tobacco products. the crowd so angry about the proposed ban for westminster it was cut short minutes after it started. police moved in to calm angry residents who say the ban would limit their freedom.

you can barely see the headlines from the east bay on the san francisco side. that is where we have the signature alert involving a big rig this stalled and its is leaking fuel. i will have the details in a few minutes. >> we will check back in a few minutes. >> a busy street in downtown walnut creek has re-opened and the crews tried to cap a huge water main break our reporter is near the seen. there was quite a geyser. yes you are looking at the miracle. behind me, they have it all cleared and it looks normal. look at the video of what they were dealing with: a huge geyser with part spewin the air and several feet high. this lasted for hours. they got the call at 11:43 according to the police officer.

they did not get water shut off until 2:21. he does not have an answer why it took so long. that is a question for east bay mud. we will ask those questions because it looks like so much water want to waste. >> it appears this would cause damage to the businesses but the police officer says that is the miracle, it does not appear to have done damage to the businesses. the hamburger deliveries and we looked inside and we do not see evidence of water. at all. the street looks fine. the water flows out nicely straight to the storm drain and did what it was supposed to do. a cap was loose. the pressure built to the point where it could now stand it
